Pasta At the Oven By Grandma Giovina
Instructions
  1. Start making baked pasta from the meatballs: in a bowl, mix the minced meat, two eggs, cheese, and grated bread. Dip the meatballs in the sauce and cook for about 20 minutes, or until the inside is evenly cooked.
  2. Break the ziti in half and boil them in salted water, draining them when al dente. Season the pasta with a little of the meatball sauce and parmesan cheese.
  3. Cut the hard-boiled eggs into rounds. In a baking tray about 30 cm in diameter, put a first layer of dough: it must be about half the ziti.
  4. Cover with a layer of mortadella and then with the meatballs and a little of their sauce. Continue with the sliced scamorza and hard-boiled eggs.
  5. Combine the rest of the remaining pasta, pour in some sauce and decorate with the cherry tomatoes cut in half. Finally dust with parmesan. Bake at 180° for 40 minutes.
  6. The baked pasta is ready to be enjoyed.
